One of the most beautiful unpopulated beach in the US is Sanibel/Captiva Island in Southwest Florida, it’s a beautiful peaceful resort island that you can only gain access from a ferryboat from the mainland… It is a true paradise, it’s an anglers paradise with fishing unlike anything you’ve seen, beautiful sugar powder beaches with green Iguana’s running around wild… it truly is a beautiful place…
And if you don’t want to go quite that far you could come to our beaches… Passe Grille Beach in south St.Petersburg is also beautiful and easier access and you’re near a lot more nightlife and fine restaurants… The Salt Rock Grille in Indian Rocks Beach is fabulous… and downtown St.Petersburg has been revitalized with many nightclubs, new condos, fine hotels “The Renaissance Vinoy” being one of them, and the Vinoy Yacht Basin and the Pier…
St.Petersburg is no longer Gods waiting room for those old fogies waiting for the grim reaper… It’s teaming with nightlife and fine dining and absolutely beautiful.
The people are extremely friendly and the crime rate is nil compared to other cities in the nation..
Hope to see you here, as Delaware New Jersey and Maryland’s eastern shore is overrated, overpopulated tourist nonsense.. Been there, won’t do that again…

It really depends on when you’re going to be vacationing.
If its during prime summer time (last 2 weeks of July and first 2 weeks
of August) then it’ll be hard to find a place that’s not crowded.
I would recommend the following, I have been to all of them and
enjoyed them.
Long Beach Island (NJ)
Wildwood Crest (NJ)
Ship Bottom (NJ)
Ocean City (NJ)
Ocean City (MD)
Rehobeth Beach (DE)
Bethany Beach (DE)
Virginia Beach (VA)
Check on line and get some literature and read up. I’ve been to all of them, and would recommend each place.

Strathmere New Jersey…..
Northern tip of the island that Sea Ilse is on. Cape May County South of Ocean City.
Small beach town, with life guards.
