		<description>Your last line not-withstanding :) ...   We have a lot of you types moving here.  The area you&#039;re referring to will probably run you around a million for anything of decent size. But remember there are very strict codes if you want to change or renovate anything.  Downtown floods in many places during a h rd rain.   If you don&#039;t mind heat and humidity!!!!  then ok.   To be un &quot;PC&quot; , I have  Northern friends who are surprised at the number of African-Americans here (about 50%) in the metro area. Just a statement, covering demographics since many have the impression we&#039;re all white lacking diversity.  
  Generally we are more polite but don&#039;t expect that from everyone and get burned.
