Whoever designed the costumes in this show certainly has a weird imagination. The credits for this goes to “Saff and Silky”
There are cyclists with bent headdresses, dancing girls carrying hoops with gilttery cords and people wearing shiny mediveal outfits with some in stripy items and the occasional tutu.
It feels like an explosion in a fancy dress shop and decidedly colorful - people who climb up boles and then proceed to cling to them with their legs and slide down and jumpy from one pole to another.
There are two couples swinging from ribbons that twirl around - round and round and people throwing diabolos high in the air while somersaulting and still catching them.
There are some new sights that have not been shown in previous years. Like an acrobat balance a hoop on his head with a girl inside it and then twirl it around as she performs various acrobatic moves at the same time.
The show has tremendous energy and it is just about 2 hours long – just about enough to keep you excited and not stretch it too much.
