I live in Myrtle and honestly our beaches aren’t the greatest to snorkel in. The water is too churned up and isn’t clear at all.
However, there are several other fun things to do here. I would recommend going to Huntington Beach in Murrells Inlet, it is $5 for an all day pass. There is a historical castle there that is beautiful and interesting to walk through. The water their is a lot more clear and the waves are way better to surf in (that is if you are into surfing). You can rent a surf board from Surf City for $25 for 24 hours. We have casino boats if your over 18 that have free cocktails all night… hope this helped!
Good luck and enjoy your trip!
